Everyone knows not to call me on Thursday nights. I have to admit, it's my TV night. Watching The Office every week is one of my guilty indulgences. It reminds me why I don't work in a corporate office. (It's just not my cup of tea.) And, of course, it makes me laugh out loud.

If you haven't seen it yet, NBC's THE OFFICE is a mockumentary series that covers the 9-5 work day antics of a Scranton, New Jersey paper company's staff. The staff on the show parody your typical office characters. Among them; the office floozy, the know it all, the creepy guy, the uncomfortably awkward geek, and of course the prudish accountant Angela, brilliantly played by Angela Kinsey.

Trollbeads has done it yet again. They have created completely different, yet exquisitely beautiful new beads for their autumn collection.

The first group are the faceted precious stones; Labradorite, Aventurine, Rose Quartz, Amethyst and Smokey Topaz, all lined with Sterling silver. But that's not all. 3 of the new Trollbeads are lined with 18 kt gold! The magnificent Ruby, king of gemstones, the Diamond Bead in crystal cast with zirconia and an old classic, now in a new version: White Pearl with Gold.

We are very excited to have "One of a Kind" Trollbeads on our website.

Call them "happy accidents," research and development" or just artists having fun... Our OOAK Trollbeads are beautiful examples of Murano glass Troll beads. Each skillfully made bead is unique, with no other like it. The availability is limited and we cannot request special orders.

I put them on our OrderTrollbead.com website yesterday, and sold all but two. We have many more to photograph. They will be there on the site tomorrow.

The OOAK amber beads are gorgeous. They are limited in quanitity, and when they are gone, they're gone! I want to keep them all for myself. They look beautiful on bracelets that have gold and silver beads mixed.

Little Ladybug

My Trollbead bracelet is so full of beads that I will probably have start a new one soon. Each bead has a meaning that is special to only me. It's a small life's story on my wrist. Each time I look at it I think about the special people in my life and how lucky I am to have them. One of the most meaningful beads on my bracelet is the Ladybug. My grandmother, who will be 95 this spring, has told me the following story about when I was a little girl.

I used to spend a lot of time with her and my Grandfather at their house in the country in upstate New York. She would send me out to play and I would be gone half the day climbing trees, catching frogs, rescuing injured birds...

One day she came outside to check on me. I was sitting under a tree "herding" hundreds of Ladybugs. Where I was herding them to, I couldn't tell you now. But I do remembering their brilliant shiny red color, and how cute they all were. Every time I see a ladybug, I think of my Grandmother, and I know she thinks of me when she sees one.
